Sunday Mise en Place (Jan. 8 to 14, ‘018)

For some reason this last week felt like the first week of the year. Anyways, either way, we are in the full swing of 2018, and things keep moving. Welcome back to the Mise en Place, quickly I would like to mention that the G.O.B. was pretty quiet this week but, things are about to get crazy. Expect some moderate site changes in the next couple of weeks, nothing drastic, and then I will be settling into a new blogging schedule. I will get into it a bit below, for now, let’s have a look at what’s going on-

What’s Going On-

Back to school with the children and things couldn’t be quieter. After the hecticness of Christmas break, getting back into a routine is a blessing. Jenn, on the other hand, is back to her Master’s program craziness. She has been getting some exciting news on potential future opportunities,- which are very amazing, and I am so proud. But, that first week of school when you realise how much you need to do in the next while, well, I feel for her. I have no doubt she will kill it though, and I am happy to help support her through it.

I am trying to wait patiently as my brothers family is anticipating the birth of their second child this week. They’ve been saying that they have been expecting something to happen any day since Christmas, they must have been building anticipation. And, despite me having my fair share of nephews, it is no secret that I love babies! I kind of want to call and tell them I am running out of patience and to hurry up already but, Jenn says that is the last thing a pregnant woman needs… I’ll wait.

Like I mentioned above, there will be some scheduling changes, and my goal will be posting things on the G.O.B. as often as possible. There should be some fun stuff coming, and I will be adding some fresh material. For now, look out for those site changes and check in once and a while. Other than that, I have a few reviews dropping on Bubbleblabber this week, a writing announcement should be coming soon, and I should have a new baby nephew by next Sunday!
